Weekend Review

This weekend was a great service. Being Thanksgiving, we were down a few of the core “regulars,” but what was really encouraging was seeing that we were up in numbers and definitely saw some new people that seemed enthusiastic and passionate for what is going on at Harvest. Below is the service order for this past Sunday.

Call to Worship & Welcome
Holy, Holy, God Almighty – C
Hallelujah (Your Love is Amazing) – G
Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone) – D

Offering/Announcements
We Fall Down – D
Here I Am to Worship – D

Message
Sharing the Good news of Jesus Christ with Boldness

Response
Psalm 19 (Sanctuary TAG) – C

We closed with “Pslam 19” which is an older less popular song. I was nervous about doing it, but left it in the order (even having doubts minutes before going up to lead the response time). It went amazing! People really connected with the words “May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be pleasing to you…” We had a cool groove to the song and it really allowed for a great response. Paul invited the congregation to come to the front and respond. The people seemed encouraged and I definitely was…an overall great day!
